📋 Description

• Drive significant technical impact in our Applications group • Partner with key stakeholders to build critical core platform services • Support FloQast applications from Close Management to Compliance • Shape the architecture and direction of our platform • Responsible for architecture, functional specifications & design • Help set technical direction • Impact other application teams • Support end users by greatly accelerating innovation at FloQast

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of designing and driving complex technical projects • Deep expertise in backend and frontend technologies like Go, Node.js, TypeScript, React, MongoDB, and AWS • Experience designing and implementing scalable distributed systems serving enterprise customers • Strong product sense and ability to balance technical excellence with business impact • Track record of mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities • Experience working closely with product, UI/UX design, and cross-functional teams • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from conception to production • Experience with API design and building developer-friendly interfaces • Understanding of security and compliance requirements for enterprise SaaS • **Bonus Points: • Experience in fintech, accounting software, or enterprise SaaS • Familiarity with accounting workflows or ERP systems • Background in building workflow automation tools
