📋 Description

• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva • Identify whitespace opportunities and create new categories or capture market share in the Salesforce ecosystem • Translate Salesforce platform knowledge into premium enterprise product capabilities • Track Salesforce product direction and position Flosum to capitalize on platform shifts • Lead AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management • Define extensibility for custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary • Pioneer agent-aware governance for autonomous systems and AI agents • Engage Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data-management pain points • Translate enterprise requirements into product solutions • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy, product demos, and competitive evaluations • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with Engineering on timelines, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination • Define and track product KPIs including adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates • Conduct 25+ customer and prospect interviews during the first 90 days • Complete a competitive audit and deliver a product roadmap refresh • Deliver at least one major product release within months 3-6 • Define the next generation of AI capabilities and execution plan • Improve competitive win rates and launch at least one net-new revenue-generating product capability within months 6-12 • Establish Flosum as a thought leader through content, speaking, and ecosystem engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms • Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem • Proven track record of shipping products adopted and paid for by enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 and regulated-industry customers • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling strongly preferred • Knowledge of Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX • Strong perspective on AI/ML, especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud • Hands-on experience writing PRDs, talking to customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews • Exceptional communication skills for presenting product vision to C-suite audiences and writing technical specifications for engineering teams • Experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company • Experience at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries • Experience leading product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product • Experience competing against well-funded competitors and winning through product superiority
