📋 Description

• Facilitate vision development, solution design, standards guidance, project scoping, IS strategy integration, and implementation of efficient technology and application systems • Evaluate technology, systems, and application capabilities; analyze workflow and data flow; and create efficient, logical solutions • Plan, schedule, review, and perform analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of assigned technology and application systems • Participate in solution testing and document clear, concise system descriptions meeting project requirements and quality standards • Collaborate with FMOLHS Information Services, leaders, team members, and end users to develop cost-conscious system specifications • Use project management methodology, processes, and systems to ensure effective project completion • Evaluate programming requests and provide completion timetables • Develop and implement data-driven performance improvement methodologies • Maintain accurate organizational performance records and consult management on issues and problems • Ensure FMOLHS data security, integrity, and privacy according to policies and procedures • Stay current with field trends through seminars, workshops, professional conferences, and professional organizations • Use IS project management methodology and best practices to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience as an Application System Analyst (IS Architect), or 5 years of FMOLHS IS experience, or 1 year as an Application System Specialist • Bachelor's degree in an IS field, or 5 years of technical IT experience, or 3 years of FMOLHS IT experience, or 3 years as a current Licensed Clinical Professional (RN, MT, RT, RRT, CRT, Dietitian), or 3 years as a Supervisor of Pharmacy Tech, or a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management with 3 years of HIM professional experience, or 3 years as a User Liaison with appropriate EMR build certification • Appropriate EMR build certification for the User Liaison pathway • Occasional travel • Frequent use of hands and fingers • Good visual and hearing acuity • Mostly sedentary work • Good interpersonal and human-relations skills • Good oral and written communication skills • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
