• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation, targeted outreach, and relationship-building activities • Identify and pursue prospect opportunities that demonstrate strong fit based on interest, scalability, and strategic alignment • Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close • Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets • Conduct direct sales activities at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and expand referral networks • Create premium sales collateral including proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams and external partners • Serve as subject matter expert on card personalization market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging innovation opportunities • Support new client onboarding process to ensure seamless transition and that customer expectations are met or exceeded • Partner regularly with production, operations, and product teams to align on client needs and service capabilities • Promote card personalization services through bank-approved and client-approved marketing channels • Work closely with account management to ensure effective and efficient transition of new clients
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales with prior card or financial industry experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred • Strong ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build external and internal relationships, and create long-term, profitable growth • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
