📋 Description

• Provide individual and group therapy to individuals trying to conceive or in the perinatal period using evidence-based approaches • Maintain a clinical caseload of 25–35 clients depending on program needs and administrative time • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation • Support screening, intake, and assessment for appropriate fit and timely access to care • Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care • Provide crisis management and stabilization as needed • Participate in interdisciplinary MMH program rounds, contributing to case discussions, treatment planning, and program development • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address trends, barriers, and opportunities for program growth • Develop and deliver internal education on perinatal and reproductive mental health • Create and present client-facing education, workshops, or support groups for community engagement • Represent the MMH program at internal and external events • Serve as an advocate for maternal mental health within and outside the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field • Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist • Minimum of two years post-license experience in behavioral health, IOP, or PHP • Strong proactive and responsive communication with clients and internal teams • Proficiency with EHR systems, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce • Postpartum Support International PMH-C certification strongly preferred; candidates without PMH-C should demonstrate significant focused experience providing mental health care during pregnancy and the postpartum period
