📋 Description

• Provide remote monitoring services as patients progress through home-exercise therapy programs • Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through the technology platform • Provide ongoing feedback to evaluating clinicians on patient progress outside the clinic • Maintain necessary records and notes during remote monitoring • Assist with improving platform processes and functionality • Organize and manage a caseload efficiently • Identify patient needs and challenges and help implement interventions that support behavior change • Develop trusting relationships with clients and patients

🎯 Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program • Active Physical Therapist license in California • 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus • Tech savvy and comfortable working across EHR, messaging, and scheduling systems • Experience in behavioral modification is a plus • Health Coach Certification is a plus • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions • Strong relationship-building and listening skills • Demonstrated patient focus and passion for user experience • Ability to multitask and manage various types of users • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Independent and proactive work style with quick, flexible thinking • Passion for health and wellness
