📋 Description

• Architect, harness, and deploy production-grade autonomous agent networks using ADK, A2A communication, and agentic frameworks • Automate multi-step security triage and investigation workflows • Own model selection, prompt engineering and harnessing, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and evaluation and observability frameworks • Manage context windows, optimize token budgets, implement prompt caching and pruning, and minimize latency across multi-agent interaction loops • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed agentic capabilities into customer- and analyst-facing web applications • Design secure AI architectures enforcing customer data isolation, zero-leakage context management, and enterprise-grade privacy controls • Establish standards for building with LLMs and agent evaluation pipelines • Elevate AI engineering practices across the organization • Own AI/LLM solutions from concept and prototyping through rollout, monitoring, and iteration in production • Partner with product managers and security analysts to deliver user-facing features and operational leverage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong production software engineering fundamentals; ability to write clean, tested, maintainable production code • Deep practical experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK) • Proven experience integrating LLMs into production environments • Experience with prompt engineering or harnessing, context management, RAG architectures, agent frameworks, evaluation, and observability • Deep proficiency in React 18/19 and TypeScript • Comfort with React Router v7 and modern routing patterns • Experience designing schemas, writing queries, and reasoning about performance across PostgreSQL and Firestore • Familiarity with modern ORMs and runtime validation at system boundaries • Experience designing secure multi-tenant AI architectures with strict customer data isolation • Strong understanding of scalable and highly available cloud-native system design • Experience working closely with product teams to ship user-facing features • Proven ownership of AI/LLM solutions from concept through production rollout, monitoring, and iteration • Hands-on experience deploying modern LLMs, agent frameworks, ADKs, or A2A protocols to production • Proficiency balancing performance, token usage, context-window constraints, and latency in complex RAG or multi-agent architectures • High proficiency writing production code, designing database schemas, and reasoning about performance across React 18/19, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Firestore • Experience with secure multi-tenant AI systems requiring strict customer data separation and compliance boundary enforcement • Experience in cloud-native AI environments; Vertex AI/GCP preferred, with AWS/Azure multi-cloud background welcome • Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, GPT-4, Llama, and Mistral • Comfortable with relational and document database data engineering across PostgreSQL and Firestore • Nice to have: proficiency with Terraform or similar IaC tools • Nice to have: experience or interest in Google Cloud SecOps, Security Command Center, Mandiant, or SOAR systems • Nice to have: experience with multi-modal inputs/outputs, streaming agent architectures, or custom agent routing engines
