📋 Description

• Conduct personalized remote consultations and review hearing test results and audiograms • Recommend and sell Fortell hearing aids tailored to individual client needs • Meet KPIs for conversion, return and upgrade rates, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction • Remotely fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids using Fortell's fitting software • Conduct structured follow-up appointments and provide ongoing support and maintenance • Troubleshoot hearing aid issues remotely and coordinate repairs • Serve as the clinical escalation point for complex client issues • Provide on-demand care during scheduled coverage hours • Work Salesforce case queues for remote care clients and clinic locations • Review audiograms and hearing aid adjustment requests within defined service levels • Document client interactions and outcomes accurately and promptly • Share clinical insights with management, operations, and product teams • Stay current on audiology, teleaudiology, and hearing aid technology advancements • Report to the Head of Audiology

🎯 Requirements

• An active Audiology license in good standing in your state of residence • Hearing Aid Dispensing license where applicable • Willingness to obtain and maintain additional state licensures, including travel as needed for licensing requirements • 2+ years of experience dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adult clients • Availability during weekday business hours • Participation in the on-demand coverage rotation, including at least once-a-month weekend coverage • Strong comfort with technology • Proficiency in hearing aid software, CRM systems, and customer communication platforms • Strong sales acumen in a clinical setting • Distraction-free, private home workspace suitable for confidential client appointments • Reliable high-speed internet • Clear and concise communication skills, especially in virtual settings • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a distributed team • Passionate, caring, and empathetic approach to client care • Critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to triage competing priorities
