📋 Description

• Partner with level 1 leadership to deliver on financial goals • Own the P&L for a hardware manufacturing business unit • Mentor FP&A talent and build a high-impact organization • Develop financial acumen in business partners • Communicate clear, actionable financial insights to leadership and business partners • Drive profitable growth with commercial, product, and engineering teams • Advance the controls environment through cost visibility and budget accountability • Develop forecasts, solve problems, and deliver projects using analytical and data-based logic • Serve as a strategic thought leader within the business unit • Partner with accounting to ensure SOX and accounting policy compliance • Drive process improvements and efficiencies • Assist the global team as needed • Lead various projects • Report directly to the FHS CFO

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting • 5–7+ years of progressive finance experience, including commercial, product development, and operations experience • 3+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated career progression • Manufacturing experience preferred • Experience in hardware service environments is a plus • Experience in SaaS or ARR business models is a plus • Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency required • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, BI, or related visualization applications • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a high-paced environment • Ability to work effectively in a multi-location organization and adapt to local cultures • Ability to travel as needed, up to monthly
