📋 Description

• Design and own the Enterprise PMO operating model, including intake, governance frameworks, tooling, and reporting standards • Define and enforce business case standards for portfolio initiatives • Establish a shared system of record for Product and PMO • Own portfolio reporting and data quality • Surface systemic execution and delivery risks across Engineering, Credit, Fraud, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing, with action plans • Build delivery risk cadence and manage cross-functional dependencies • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics on quarterly initiative roadmaps and sequencing trade-offs • Own quarterly resource planning and cross-portfolio resource visibility across Engineering and Analytics • Own steering committee and portfolio review cadence • Track initiative-level budgets and benefits realization across the portfolio • Partner with Finance on portfolio-level spend visibility and provide cost, benefits, and risk inputs for the monthly portfolio narrative • Lead, coach, and develop project managers and create PMO career paths • Leverage AI to automate Product Operations workstreams such as timeline mapping, risk identification, sequencing, and task assignment • Work directly with the VP Product and lead the PMO team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in program or portfolio management • At least 3 years operating at a senior level in fintech, financial services, or a similarly complex environment • Demonstrated experience owning the commercial narrative for a portfolio • Proven track record of building the "so what" story for a C-suite rather than just a status report • Deep fluency in delivery risk identification across multiple business functions • Proven executive presence with CTO, CFO, or capital markets partner audiences • Experience designing, building, or rebuilding a PMO operating model, intake frameworks, governance, and reporting standards in a growth-stage organization • Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership, cost of delay, and ROI framing • Proven track record of developing talent, managing senior practitioners, and creating clear growth paths • Lending, payments, or broader financial services background strongly preferred
