📋 Description

• Process grants through a Salesforce-based grants management system • Communicate with grant recipients to solve issues and provide a smooth experience • Carry out due diligence on grant recipients to ensure compliance with relevant law and internal policies • Review grantee reports against relevant law and internal policies • Maintain accurate records for all grants • Run monitoring and reporting to track impact • Help refine and scale the team’s grant processes over time • Work closely with the Grants Lead • Support efficient processing, compliance, reliable data and a positive grantee experience

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented and able to work carefully in a complex system where errors can be costly • Highly organised and able to track many grants while balancing fast turnaround with strict adherence to grantmaking policies • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Customer service attitude • Keen to learn systems inside out • Commitment to at least two years • Mission-driven and aligned with the organisation’s mission and values • Grant administration or Salesforce experience is beneficial but not required • Entry-level candidates are welcome if they can get up to speed quickly and work carefully through routine tasks • Preference for candidates working in time zones between US Pacific Time and Central European Time • Applicants in some countries cannot be considered
