Founders Pledge operates as registered charities/non-profits in the US, UK, and Germany and supports members through events, funds, and grants to maximize the impact of donations.

📋 Description

• Own the full hiring lifecycle from role launch to offer • Manage a high volume of concurrent hiring processes, often up to 15 roles at once across the UK, US, and Germany • Coach and support hiring managers and interviewers • Headhunt candidates and build passive talent pools and long-term pipelines • Design tailored assessments and interview processes • Build and steward the employer brand with the Communications team • Build relationships across the effective giving ecosystem through events and professional groups • Drive hiring reporting and continuous process improvement • Embed AI and ATS automation into the hiring process • Support wider people initiatives such as onboarding improvements • Close out 12+ live roles before the end of the year

🎯 Requirements

• In-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment • End-to-end recruitment expertise, including advising on role requirements through making and negotiating offers • Experience coaching and supporting hiring managers • Excellent judgement and emotional intelligence • High personal standards for candidate experience, responsiveness, and results • Ability to work autonomously and bring structure and creativity to sourcing and hiring • Experience hiring into research or advisory roles within the effective giving ecosystem is a strong nice-to-have • Experience in a mission-driven environment is a nice-to-have • Must be based in the US
