📋 Description

• Source and personally engage passive GTM candidates directly • Build and run targeted search strategies for hard-to-fill Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations roles • Own full-cycle recruiting from candidate list and outreach through offer and close • Partner with GTM hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate expectations, and adjust search strategy • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer • Bring market insight on GTM talent availability and compensation to hiring conversations • Use AI tools to sharpen search strategy and accelerate sourcing research • Track recruiting pipeline, identify issues, and proactively resolve them

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years specifically in GTM roles (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, or RevOps) • Track record of personally sourcing and closing the majority of hires through outbound outreach over the last 12 months, including passive candidates • Experience owning 10+ concurrent GTM searches at a time, with an average time-to-fill you can speak to • Direct sourcing and recruiting experience across at least 2 of: Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Business Operations • Deep GTM business acumen • Regular, self-directed use of AI tools in sourcing or search strategy, with 1–2 specific workflow examples • Comfortable operating without a team as an individual contributor with no direct reports • Successful completion of background check and employment verification
