📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Foxen’s integration platform across PMS, leasing, and partner systems • Build and maintain relationships with partner product and API teams • Navigate partner programs and marketplaces and secure required API access • Monitor partner roadmap changes affecting customers • Lead strategic partnerships from evaluation through launch • Assess partnership fit, define integration scope and technical requirements, build business cases, and drive go-live • Deepen existing integrations by closing capability gaps and moving customers from manual or file-based exchanges to automated, API-driven experiences • Partner with Engineering to translate partner and customer needs into requirements and prioritize competing timelines • Serve as integration expert for Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success • Support deals, unblock implementations, maintain integration compatibility information, and convert field feedback into roadmap priorities • Define and track integration metrics including time to integrate, automation rate, data accuracy, and partner-sourced revenue • Use AI to improve product development processes and integration-platform capabilities • Continually measure, analyze, and optimize owned integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience • At least 2 years owning integrations, APIs, platform, or partner-facing products • Ideally experience in proptech, fintech, or related spaces • Track record of taking partner integrations from scoping through launch and scaling them across a growing customer base • Technical fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, data mapping, and file-based exchanges • Ability to read API documentation and hold credible conversations with partner engineers • Experience managing external partner relationships, including partner programs, marketplaces, and vendor roadmaps • Hands-on experience with property management systems such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, MRI, Rent Manager, or AppFolio is strongly preferred • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes across multiple workstreams and partner timelines • Ability to operate autonomously, identify opportunities, build business cases, and drive initiatives forward • Ability to articulate clear product vision and strategy to executives, customers, and partners verbally and in writing • Curiosity about emerging technologies and experience integrating AI into product workflows
