📋 Description

• Champion the development and execution of strategic product initiatives • Manage the product backlog and define long-term product vision • Lead architectural efforts for the full-stack JavaScript application • Align technical solutions with business objectives • Engage in Agile development processes • Enhance team collaboration and product quality through effective leadership • Translate customer feedback and analytical data into product functionality and user-experience improvements • Coordinate with engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver software solutions on time and exceed expectations • Provide technical mentorship to the development team • Manage code reviews and ensure high-quality software releases • Monitor industry trends and incorporate building science and energy-efficiency best practices • Leverage data and business insights across the product lifecycle from inception to post-launch

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • MBA is a plus • Minimum 4 years in technical leadership roles, such as Technical Product Manager or Solution Architect, preferably in the software or energy sector • Strong foundation in software development with direct coding experience • Proficiency in Agile methodologies • Analytical prowess with business intelligence, application performance monitoring, and other in-app analytics tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with US Demand Side Management (DSM) programs, energy efficiency programs, or building science is highly desirable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent teamwork skills • Committed to diversity and inclusion • Reliable transportation • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel up to 10%
