• Own and achieve a personal revenue quota, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets • Build and execute territory plans identifying priority districts and schools and reflecting relevant education funding policies • Maintain a qualified pipeline, address revenue risks, accelerate deals, and expand existing relationships • Lead the full sales process with superintendents, district leaders, principals, and other stakeholders • Conduct discovery and translate client needs into tailored FranklinCovey solutions • Develop strategic account plans, multi-year expansion strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and success metrics • Navigate RFPs, board approvals, and budget cycles • Manage pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting using Salesforce, Domo, and other required tools • Participate in cross-functional territory pods and coordinate outreach and client experience • Partner with coaching, implementation, and retention teams on deal transitions, renewals, and expansion • Align with the Managing Director and sales leaders on territory strategy and complex deals • Maintain accurate Salesforce and other required systems • Continuously develop sales skills and apply coaching and feedback • Diagnose performance gaps, test approaches, and adjust strategies • Share effective practices with the pod and broader team • Travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and internal meetings
• Bachelor's or advanced degree • 5+ years of education sales, education services, or school/district leadership experience • Experience selling to K–12 districts strongly preferred • Proven track record of consistently attaining or exceeding a multi-million-dollar annual quota or equivalent performance target • Proven ability to drive results through disciplined territory management and consultative selling • Proven ability to win and grow business in complex, ambiguous, or rapidly changing environments • Ability to lead strategic conversations with senior district and school leaders • Ability to diagnose performance challenges within a territory and implement effective solutions • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing, virtually, and in person • Experience using Salesforce, Domo, and other required tools • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in internal meetings
