📋 Description

• Serve as business superuser and functional lead for SAP IBP across Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Control Tower, and Scenario Planning • Translate business needs into functional requirements, system design inputs, testing scenarios, and enhancement requests • Ensure SAP IBP configuration, master data, planning views, key figures, and dashboards align with business requirements • Act as first escalation point for SAP IBP planning and system issues • Support and improve integrated demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP planning processes • Drive standardization of planning processes across regions, products, and supply chain sites • Define planning governance, calendars, review cycles, and exception management processes • Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, user story development, UAT, training, documentation, and user adoption • Partner with IT and SAP teams on enhancements, integrations, and roadmap initiatives • Monitor data quality and support dashboards, KPIs, alerts, and planning analytics • Support Network Design and Optimization projects and develop network optimization initiatives • Analyze demand, capability, cost, customer types, demand geographies, asset utilization, efficiency, and activity-based costing • Develop network strategy recommendations and business cases using scenarios and cost/time/resource analysis • Support capacity studies, future-state operations studies, allocation plans, route and cross-dock optimizations, customer or territory realignments, and project execution plans • Partner with Materials Management on overseas global inbound analysis and network inventory management • Collect, format, cleanse, and analyze internal or external data • Manage and maintain SQL databases, continual data refreshes, and master data • Provide network modeling expertise and document optimization efforts • Build productive working relationships and assist junior-level staff as directed • Escalate issues to supervisors/managers and comply with company policies and applicable laws • Assist with projects and other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP IBP experience as a superuser, functional lead, or business system owner • Experience with SAP IBP implementation, enhancement, or support activities • Experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Operations teams • Strong knowledge of SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower, Scenario Planning • Understanding of SAP IBP architecture including planning areas, key figures, master data, and planning versions • Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus • Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs • Experience in process design, documentation, and continuous improvement • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and cross-functional alignment • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority • Experience leading training, testing, and adoption activities • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer goods, manufacturing, or multi-site distribution environments preferred • Experience in supply chain transformation, S&OP maturity improvement, or planning digitization initiatives • Experience building superuser networks and governance frameworks • Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and structured enhancement processes • Bachelor’s Degree required; MS preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or other related field • 3-5 years of Supply Chain / Logistics, Engineering, Business Analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Office Suite, SQL, VBA, formulas, large data tables, pivot tables, charts, queries, custom functions, data management and analysis • Must have experience using AIMs modeling software or equivalent Supply Chain Guru and/or LogicNet Plus • Experience with statistical and/or data-mining tools (Minitab, SQL Server etc.) • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) • Knowledge of Supply Chain systems, network modeling, simulation, ERP, WMS, mapping software and routing software • Ability to manage, plan, organize and work through multiple assignments within effective timeline • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global team environment with other technical teams • Ability to take initiative and drive for results • Ability to travel as necessary to meet supply chain demands / requirements
