📋 Description

• Serve as the business superuser and functional lead for SAP IBP across demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, Control Tower, and scenario planning. • Translate business needs into functional requirements, system design inputs, testing scenarios, and enhancement requests. • Align SAP IBP configuration, master data, planning views, key figures, and dashboards with business requirements. • Support and improve integrated planning processes and standardize planning governance across regions, products, and sites. • Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, user-story development, UAT, training, documentation, and user adoption. • Partner with IT, SAP, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams on enhancements, integrations, and roadmap initiatives. • Monitor data quality and support dashboards, KPIs, alerts, and planning analytics. • Analyze supply-chain network data, demand, capability, cost, customer geographies, asset utilization, and activity-based costing. • Develop network strategy recommendations, business cases, implementation plans, allocation plans, route and cross-dock optimizations, and customer or territory realignments. • Manage and maintain SQL databases, data refreshes, master data, network models, and modeling documentation. • Provide network modeling expertise, build productive working relationships, assist junior staff, escalate issues, and support assigned projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP IBP experience as a superuser, functional lead, or business system owner • Experience with SAP IBP implementation, enhancement, or support activities • Cross-functional experience with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Operations teams • Strong knowledge of SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower, and Scenario Planning • Understanding of SAP IBP architecture, planning areas, key figures, master data, and planning versions • Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred • Strong Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud experience is a plus • Understanding of supply-chain KPIs including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and capacity utilization • Experience in process design, documentation, and continuous improvement • Experience leading training, testing, and adoption activities • Bachelor’s Degree required; MS preferred • 3–5 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Analysis, or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SQL, VBA, formulas, large data tables, pivot tables, charts, queries, custom functions, data management, and analysis • Experience using AIMs modeling software or equivalent Supply Chain Guru and/or LogicNet Plus • Experience with statistical or data-mining tools such as Minitab and SQL Server • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Knowledge of supply-chain systems, network modeling, simulation, ERP, WMS, mapping software, and routing software • Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities within effective timelines • Ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment and drive results • Ability to travel as necessary to meet supply-chain demands and requirements
