📋 Description

• Oversee multiple major proposal efforts simultaneously, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery for high-complexity or strategic opportunities • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Senior Leadership to guide bid/no-bid decisions, develop win themes, and shape solution positioning • Direct cross-functional proposal teams, providing coaching, structure, and clarity on proposal requirements, compliance standards, and stakeholder responsibilities • Lead executive reviews and approval processes, presenting strategic rationale, risks, pricing considerations, and recommendations for proposal submission • Evaluate and improve proposal processes, incorporating lessons learned, best practices, and industry standards to raise organizational proposal maturity • Communicate complex technical and commercial strategies clearly and succinctly to senior stakeholders, customers, and internal decision-makers • Develop talent within the proposal function, mentoring staff, building capability, and guiding team performance to support organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Engineering • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in people management and minimum ten (10) years of experience in the field; OR Master's Degree with minimum eight (8) years of experience in people management and minimum ten (10) years of experience in the field • May need to obtain U.S. Government export license(s) as required by ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws
