📋 Description

• Align departmental strategy with organizational objectives • Evaluate business performance, workforce needs, and investment opportunities • Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and scalability • Use operational, financial, and market data to support strategic recommendations • Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and business performance • Leverage emerging technologies, automation, and AI-driven solutions • Develop future leaders and strengthen leadership capability across teams • Sponsor organizational change efforts and drive stakeholder commitment • Influence organizational leaders and cross-functional partners to achieve strategic objectives • Build leadership bench strength through succession planning and talent development • Foster innovation and continuous learning through new technologies and modern ways of working • Oversee multiple teams and organizational initiatives • Make resource investment and prioritization recommendations • Use performance metrics and analytics to optimize organizational effectiveness • Establish approaches to workforce planning, capacity management, and performance improvement • Own organizational risks impacting people, processes, and operational performance • Lead high-performing teams and transform how work is done in the Post-Win team • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and build a scalable, high-performing organization

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years direct Contract Research Organization (CRO)/pharma experience • Bachelor’s Degree • 6 or more years of people management experience (preferred) • Demonstrated success leading multiple teams, functions, or organizational initiatives with accountability for performance and capability development • Proven ability to develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and talent management • Experience aligning departmental strategies with organizational objectives and long-term business priorities • Demonstrated ability to influence organizational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes • Strong business and financial acumen • Proven success leading organizational change initiatives and implementing sustainable improvements • Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics, performance metrics, and business insights • Advanced relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to build strategic partnerships and drive collaboration across a matrixed environment • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Demonstrated ability to balance long-term organizational objectives with short-term business demands • Proven track record of driving innovation, organizational capability, and continuous improvement • Strong leadership presence, credibility, integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment
