📋 Description

• Manage all phases of the proposal development lifecycle from RFP analysis through final submission • Develop and enforce proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and outline documents aligned with RFP requirements • Coordinate and facilitate Pink, Red, and Gold team reviews and incorporate feedback into final documents • Collaborate with capture managers, subject matter experts, pricing analysts, and contracts teams to produce integrated proposals • Write, edit, and review executive summaries, management volumes, technical narratives, and past performance sections • Ensure proposal volumes comply with solicitation instructions and evaluation criteria • Manage multiple concurrent proposals • Maintain proposal libraries with past performance references, resumes, and boilerplate content • Lead lessons learned sessions after proposal submissions • Stay current with federal procurement regulations, industry trends, and agency priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of federal proposal management experience with demonstrated wins • Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations including FAR, DFARS, and major IDIQ/GWAC vehicle structures • Proficiency with proposal development tools and document management platforms • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to distill complex technical content into clear, compelling narratives • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a high-pressure environment • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working across multidisciplinary proposal teams • Must be authorized to work in the United States
