• Lead major incident resolution efforts and own critical customer cases end-to-end • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for specific product areas • Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 escalations across medical imaging products • Master three core product lines and support at least one additional Fujifilm product • Mentor junior technical support engineers • Provide advanced technical training to TAC, Upgrade, and Project Engineering teams • Review and triage domestic customer escalations and work with Development through resolution • Review and triage International Partner escalations and work with Development through resolution • Collaborate with TAC, domestic customers, and International Partners until resolution • Serve as technical liaison to Development on customer-site issues and special projects • Support new software/product releases • Communicate clinically related issues to Development • Assist Marketing and Sales with technically related RFP questions • Provide technical assistance to International Partners • Provide after-hours on-call support for down sites 24/7 • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex technical issues and develop solutions • Maintain and publish technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles • Maintain expert knowledge of medical imaging products and related technologies • Provide guidance to team members • Facilitate internal department coordination for issue resolution • Establish customer timelines for action items • Contribute to small- and medium-sized projects improving support tools or processes • Maintain certifications, expand product-line expertise, respond to escalations within required times, and conduct virtual or in-person training
• Masters (preferred) with 6 years industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree with industry experience of 8 years or comparable work experience of 10 + years of industry experience • Leading Industry Certifications, not limited to: • Security Certification (Security + or higher) • Current VCP Certification • CISCO Certification • Oracle Certification • Microsoft Certification • AWS Certification • Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience as a Technical, Systems, Software or Quality Assurance Engineer in Medical IT and/or Imaging products • Ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time • Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time • Ability to stand, talk, and listen for 75% of applicable work time • Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently • Ability to reach above the head to work on equipment on a desk, floor, or server rack within a datacenter • Ability to type and manipulate hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches • Occasional travel up to 25% may be required • Working outside normal business hours, overtime, holidays, and participation in an on-call rotation are required • Short-notice overnight travel may be required • Compliance with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 requirements, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards
