📋 Description

• Provide regional support for the assigned Regional Sales Manager • Support market-level needs and act as a liaison to Territory Managers • Assist in closing opportunities and handling customer contact and inquiries • Ensure shipments are complete • Understand the install base for warranty, up trade, and expansion opportunities • Improve CRM data quality and quantity using install-base knowledge • Identify key buying influencers, budgets, and timelines for sales follow-up • Build and cultivate relationships through communications and follow-up to move opportunities through the sales funnel • Work with Management to develop and grow the sales pipeline and meet revenue goals • Manage client data in Salesforce.com, logging communications, verifying information accuracy, and attaching documents • Prepare and analyze reports and dashboards • Provide training and knowledge-transfer support, and coverage for open territories or vacationing Territory Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree/Associates Degree or significant related experience • 1-3 years Sales Experience • CRM Experience preferred (Salesforce.com recommended) • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined lead/sales and activity quotas • Proven track record of strong client relationships • Excellent written & oral communications skills • Excellent client service skills • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects concurrently • Goal-oriented individual • Team player, able to gain confidence and trust of the Direct Purchase and Field Sales teams • Compelling telephone communication skills • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) abilities • Strong affinity for technology • Must comply with facility vendor credentialing requirements, including vaccine requirements where applicable
