📋 Description

• Perform Finance & Accounting activities in the assigned focus area with minimal management oversight and a high degree of independence • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes • Ensure transactions comply with GAAP, JSOX, internal policies, procedures, FDA requirements, ISO 13485, and applicable laws and standards • Prepare monthly journal entries and supporting documentation according to the closing schedule • Prepare monthly and quarterly account reconciliations and analyses • Analyze financial statements and recommend improvements to business performance or efficiency • Prepare documentation and support internal and external audit requirements • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage and continuously improve financial, business, and internal control processes • Perform ad-hoc assignments and special projects for the Director Finance & Accounting or VP Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting • 6+ years of Finance & Accounting experience • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Strong organization and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent MS Excel skills • SAP experience preferred • Flexibility to work late hours if needed • Ability to sit up 75–100% of applicable work time • Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time • Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time • Ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time • Close vision: ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less • Occasional travel of up to 25% may be required • Must comply with applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 requirements, and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards
