📋 Description

• Provide concierge-level clinical care to Function/Ezra members • Asynchronously review members’ medical histories • Conduct telehealth consultations • Review and generate medical orders for members’ studies • Review members’ radiology reports • Prepare translated, easy-to-understand reports explaining results • Recommend actionable next steps • Work a minimum of 3 days per week, with Monday and weekends preferred

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate in Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP/FNP) • Active board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), adult medicine • Minimum of 3 years of advanced nurse practitioner clinical experience; preference for independent practice • Licensed in at least 15 states, with NY, CA, and FL required and TX preferred • Experience working with patients synchronously and asynchronously in a telehealth environment • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics, particularly imaging • Quiet work environment/office space with high-speed internet connectivity • Knowledge of and comfort with telehealth platforms and applications such as Zoom and Slack • Compassionate, personable, patient-centric, flexible, mission-driven team player
