📋 Description

• Deliver white glove service while honoring FSG Principles • Facilitate treasury services, including capital requirements for clients, individual investors, and private funds • Process money movements related to capital activity and private fund expenses, including redemptions, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, invoices, and administrative fees • Oversee and coordinate investment transactions with fund administrators, custodians, investors, and underlying investment managers • Review bank balances and reconcile related activity • Handle clients’ investors’ daily needs and communicate in a timely manner • Communicate with external and internal relationships to achieve high service levels • Conduct audits or reviews of investments, documentation, systems, and processes • Manage or review related client investor portals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3 years of work experience, preferably in an organizational capacity related to custodians, private funds, or Registered Investment Advisors • Team player with a persistent work ethic • Ability to learn quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiastically • Exceptional organizational, written, and communication skills • Impeccable attention to detail • Exemplary prioritization and multitasking skills in a high-volume, high-speed environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • No specific degree required • No specific work history required • No sponsorship, reimbursement, or support for obtaining FINRA licenses
