β’ 7-10 years of B2B sales experience, selling video across streaming (CTV/FAST) digital video, linear and non-linear platforms, as well as branded entertainment and non-traditional media. β’ Bachelorβs degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience. β’ Strong working relationships with agencies and media clients in Chicago, Detroit and other Midwest territories. β’ Experience with Publicis Media leadership a plus β’ Must understand the TV/Streaming industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings. β’ Experience closing sales and generating revenue and new business. β’ OTT/CTV experience a major plus. β’ Self-motivated and results driven. β’ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills. β’ Proven ability to engage with and influence others. β’ Ability to succeed in a challenging, rapidly changing media environment. β’ An entrepreneurial spirit with a positive attitude.
