📋 Description

• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments • Serve as a task manager and technical specialist for projects • Perform and guide others on deliverables while adhering to CAD standards, software utilization, and data management procedures • Maintain and improve CAD standards and data management procedures • Make recommendations to supervisors • Perform final QA/QC • Manage tasks and adhere to deadlines and project scope • Mentor lower-level CAD Operators and staff • Provide solutions to unique problems and recommendations regarding insufficiencies • Work independently with minimal supervision • Implement quality reviews across project levels • Facilitate interaction among staff and project teams • Coach and mentor lower-level CAD staff • Interact with and advise project teams at regular project meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience • Associate Degree from an accredited Technical School or equivalent experience • Preferred Associates or better in Drafting • Advanced Civil 3D skills • Experience in mass grading and linear projects • Knowledge of project design development, advanced grading tools, corridors, and alignments • Ability to stay current on software updates and advise on technical changes • Experience with CAD standards, software utilization, and data management procedures • Ability to independently perform analyses • Experience performing final QA/QC • Task management and adherence to deadlines and scope • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Driver's License
