📋 Description

• Assist the Revenue team with monthly revenue and billing entries • Assist with accrual and invoice entries, including outreach to business teams • Create and update monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, mostly in Excel spreadsheets • Assist with variance analysis and account reconciliation • Assist with internal and external audit requests and questions • Learn and comply with HIPPA privacy and security rules • Work as a team player while also working independently • Work extended time during monthly close when needed to meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required • Three (3) or more years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on revenue preferred • Proficient in working in spreadsheets with Pivot tables and multiple formulas • Good communication skills • Previous experience or willingness to learn PeopleSoft • Ability to learn and comply with HIPPA privacy and security rules • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with all levels of co-workers • May need to work extended time during monthly close to meet deadlines
