📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks • Ingest data from relational databases, APIs, files, and cloud storage • Implement data transformation, cleansing, validation, and enrichment logic • Optimize Spark jobs for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency • Implement reliable, versioned, and auditable data models using Data Lake • Design and develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports • Implement performance-optimized DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs • Apply dimensional modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and visual insights with stakeholders • Maintain data mapping documents, transformation specifications, and runbook inputs • Support deployments across DEV, STG, UAT, and PRD environments • Implement data governance, security, and access controls, including Power BI row-level security • Support CI/CD pipelines for data and BI artifacts • Provide technical input on feasibility, risks, and delivery trade-offs to engagement leadership • Enforce standards for documentation, peer reviews, testing, and release readiness • Monitor data pipelines and proactively resolve data quality or performance issues

🎯 Requirements

• 6 or more years of programming or testing experience working with relevant programming languages, relational databases, operating systems, and software • Familiarity with enterprise BI integrations and governed analytics platforms • Knowledge of claims processing, member, provider enrollment and management • Experience supporting state Medicaid agencies, MMIS modernization, or Medicaid managed care analytics • Familiarity with T-MSIS, CMS reporting requirements, and state-specific Medicaid data standards • Knowledge of Medicaid claims adjudication, eligibility determination processes, provider enrollment, and encounter submission workflows • Experience with Medicaid quality, compliance, or program integrity reporting • Healthcare domain experience with PBM/PBA data, including pharmacy and program analytics • Expertise in ETL development, cloud data platforms, and data visualization best practices • Power BI and Databricks experience • Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Lake Storage, and related services knowledge
