📋 Description

• Lead the overall QA strategy, test planning, execution oversight, and release readiness • Ensure coverage across functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, PAT, and UAT testing • Provide leadership and direction to QA resources across business and technical teams • Participate in hands-on testing, validation, and defect investigation • Drive defect triage, prioritization, resolution tracking, retesting, and closure • Maintain requirements traceability and quality test documentation and evidence • Coordinate test environments, integrations, and test data readiness • Monitor testing progress and report risks, issues, defects, and release readiness • Identify and resolve quality risks, issues, and dependencies • Partner with stakeholders on testing decisions and production readiness • Use Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage test activities and reporting • Promote QA best practices, continuous improvement, and quality standards • Own accountability for successful project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience, including leadership of QA teams and enterprise-scale testing initiatives • Experience developing QA strategies, test plans, governance processes, and quality metrics for complex technology implementations • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in fast-paced environments • Experience managing defects, risks, issues, and action items through resolution • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar QA and test-management platforms • Ability to balance strategic QA leadership with hands-on testing and troubleshooting • Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and accountability • Willingness and ability to engage directly in testing activities when needed • Ability to proactively identify, track, and drive action items, risks, issues, and defects to completion with minimal supervision • Preferred experience supporting healthcare, Medicaid, PBM, Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA), or other highly regulated environments
