• Serve as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, programs, and general HR guidance • Support employee relations matters, including employee concerns, issue resolution, performance documentation, and engagement initiatives • Escalate complex employee relations issues as appropriate • Provide guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback conversations, and development planning • Support recruiting coordination, onboarding, internal transfers, and workforce planning activities • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, records, and case notes in accordance with company and confidentiality standards • Compile and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision making and identify workforce trends • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to support deployment of HR programs and initiatives • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and employee experience • Maintain current knowledge of HR best practices, employment law updates, and organizational policies • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Four years of relevant and qualified work experience in a specialty HR field may be considered equivalent to the bachelor’s degree requirement • Three to five years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including generalist or HRBP support experience • Demonstrated exposure to employee relations, performance management, and core HR processes • Foundational knowledge of HR principles, policies, and U.S. employment laws and regulations • Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build trust and collaborative relationships • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to apply HR policies consistently and exercise sound judgment within defined guidelines • Proficiency in HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop consulting and business-partnering skills • Ability to work anywhere in the US • Up to 10% travel required • Occasional extended hours or availability outside normal business hours based on business needs
