📋 Description

• Lead the design and evolution of the ServiceNow platform architecture • Define and enforce platform governance, release management, and security protocols • Design architectural solutions integrating third-party tools into ServiceNow • Design, document, and maintain ServiceNow information architecture • Lead data modeling and structuring across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, HAM, SecOps, VR, GRC, and CSM applications • Partner with engineers, product owners, developers, process owners, project managers, business analysts, and IT support teams • Define data flows, integrations, taxonomies, naming conventions, data standards, and reference models • Optimize CMDB health, data integrity, dependency mapping, and relationship modeling • Own ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and other protocols • Design and implement automated CMDB population and service relationship processes • Facilitate design authority meetings and advise development teams • Develop SLA/KPI reports for services and platform performance • Monitor CMDB data usage and provide training • Drive continual improvement of ITSM processes and platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline • 5+ years supporting ITSM processes • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and discovery tools • 3+ years designing and implementing integrations with third-party tools • 3+ years working with JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred • Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred • ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, or PMP preferred • Work from anywhere in the U.S. • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation
