📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and support complex batch processing applications in Linux and Unix environments • Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, guide solution design, conduct code reviews, and support all phases of the SDLC • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and database issues using SQL Server and/or Oracle • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve system performance and stability • Support change management, release planning, production deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives • Drive modernization through automation, cloud technologies, and DevOps best practices • Contribute to Medicaid healthcare systems, including claims processing, reference systems, PBM, Drug Rebate, ProdDur, and batch processing environments • Develop and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and support materials • Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and adoption of modern development practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application development, technical leadership, and batch programming using C, Unix, and Linux • Experience with system integration, automation, XML, and scripting • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and supporting all phases of the SDLC in Agile and Waterfall environments • 5+ years of experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle, including database querying, data analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions • Experience with change management, release planning, production deployments, and cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills • Preferred experience supporting Medicaid healthcare systems, including Claims/Reference, PBM, batch processing environments, interChange, Drug Rebate, ProdDur, and other regulated healthcare applications • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
