📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and advanced analysis to drive performance improvements across healthcare operations • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence decision-making and align operational strategies with business objectives • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives improving efficiency, quality, and compliance outcomes • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations supporting organizational performance • Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor others, and guide best practices in analytics and operational strategy • Own strategic initiatives, high-impact analysis, and enterprise-level performance improvements • Collaborate regularly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams • Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations analysis, healthcare operations, or a related analytical field • Expert-level analytical skills • Experience in data strategy, performance optimization, and business insights • Strong experience working with healthcare data, including claims, provider, or operational datasets preferred • Advanced proficiency in SQL • Advanced proficiency in reporting platforms such as Power BI and Tableau • Knowledge of data analysis methods • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence executive audiences
