📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines and business units • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to identify and solve problems • Oversee the implementation lifecycle from idea intake to delivery of products, capabilities, integrations, and offerings • Create, maintain, and oversee product base configuration for the claims processing system • Develop and provide oversight in the demo environment to ensure operational readiness • Provide oversight to multiple implementations and ensure continuity between projects • Develop customer relationships through understanding customer experiences • Lead and participate in business and industry workgroups • Contribute to implementations, product roadmaps, and strategy • Prioritize development efforts according to business impact, timelines, and corporate objectives • Collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams • Approve environment readiness for releases into implementation environments • Ensure proper requirements documentation for system acceptance and adoptability • Advise business units and customers on available product offerings • Foster knowledge sharing, innovation, and learning • Evaluate and improve product configuration and supportability with internal departments and customers • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PBM Pharmacy experience including Pharmacy Implementation experience • Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM Ecosystems is highly preferred and critical for success in this role • Demonstrated ability to implement products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Teams • Strong skill in converting complex business requirements into technical solutions, supported by data analysis, prioritization, and measurable outcomes • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
