📋 Description

• Review sales solutioning documentation and extract budgetary information to compile initial labor demand with project leadership and workforce management • Develop budget tracking workbooks for each project using standardized templates • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets • Investigate and present variances between actual and forecasted expenditures • Coordinate with change management and resource management plans and refer decision items for governance • Facilitate financial meetings with project leadership and stakeholders • Report project performance against targets and provide data-driven insights and recommendations • Identify and analyze financial risks and participate in mitigation strategies • Maintain organized documentation of financial reporting artifacts • Serve as subject matter expert for project budget questions • Align financial planning with project phases and integrate financial considerations into planning and decisions • Audit incoming labor expenses in the timekeeping system and serve as project time administrator

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of PMO, project coordination, project management, or project financial management experience • Experience managing financial data for large-scale project implementations or organizational departments • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and PMO governance processes • Experience presenting complex topics to a variety of audiences and scaling detail as appropriate • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation management skills • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and CoPilot • CAPM or PMP Certification preferred • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles preferred • Must be based within the United States • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
