📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines or business units and with customers and stakeholders • Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from idea intake to delivery of new products, capabilities, integrations, or other offerings • Create, maintain, and oversee the product base configuration for claims processing systems • Develop and provide oversight in the demo environment to ensure operational readiness • Provide oversight to multiple implementations and ensure continuity between projects • Understand customer experiences and develop customer relationships • Lead and participate in business and industry workgroups • Prioritize work and align development efforts with business objectives and timelines • Collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams on strategic solutions • Approve environment readiness for releases into implementation environments • Ensure proper requirements documentation for system acceptance and adoptability • Advise business units and customers on available product offerings • Foster knowledge sharing, innovation, and learning across the organization • Evaluate and improve product configuration and supportability • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PBM Pharmacy experience including Pharmacy Implementation experience • Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM Ecosystems is highly preferred and critical for success in this role • Demonstrated ability to implement products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Teams to deliver solutions • Strong skill in converting complex business requirements into technical solutions, supported by data analysis, prioritization, and measurable outcomes • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
