📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define key performance metrics and gather reporting requirements • Develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and analytics infrastructure • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting capabilities • Analyze complex data sets using SQL and other analytical tools • Translate performance trends into insights, recommendations, risks, and opportunities for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Lead reporting and analytics projects from requirements through implementation • Ensure deliverables align with contractual requirements, SLAs, performance expectations, and business objectives • Serve as an analytics partner to leadership • Identify data-driven improvements and support operational, strategic, and transformational initiatives • Work independently while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams • Deliver reporting and analytics supporting operational and strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in California • 2+ years of experience in reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, business analysis, or a related analytical role • Experience querying and analyzing large and diverse data sets using SQL or similar data technologies • Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar business intelligence tools • Experience with Python and/or other data scripting languages • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills for explaining complex data to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment • Preferred: At least 2 years of experience with SQL • Preferred: Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies • Preferred: Experience with AWS, Azure, or another cloud environment • Preferred: Knowledge of data governance and data quality management concepts • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI or Power Automate • Preferred: Experience supporting contracts or client-based services involving SLAs, performance metrics, contractual requirements, or regulatory requirements • Preferred: Experience leading reporting or analytics projects, partnering with senior leadership, and managing cross-functional stakeholders • Preferred: Experience in highly regulated environments such as healthcare, government, or the public sector
