📋 Description

• Establishes and maintains project-specific quality assurance strategies, plans, documentation, and metrics in alignment with standards, policies, and best practices • Conducts quality assessments and evaluations to determine process and product compliance; documents findings and escalates unresolved issues as needed • Reviews work products, analyzes defects and quality metrics, researches solutions, and implements approved quality improvements • Leads and supports quality programs, audits, process improvements, and related training and standard practice updates • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced quality assurance personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Six or more years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or management information systems • Experience with quality metrics, defect analysis, and software industry data collection techniques • Experience with quality frameworks (e.g., SEI/CMM, ISO 9000) • Experience with software test science, test tools, and quality assurance principles and practices
