📋 Description

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents and other departments such as field services teams • Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance • Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs • Design visually engaging and interactive training materials and presentations using modern adult learning principles • Collaborate with the LKI training team, subject matter experts, and account leaders • Provide post-training support and resources to learners and call center leadership • Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a trainer or facilitator • Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills • Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques • Some experience with curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design • Ability to work EST
