📋 Description

• Ensure delivery of Pharmacy implementation projects meets contractual specifications • Shape and drive delivery-model strategies through talent, implementation, and quality • Lead key client implementation initiatives through global delivery networks • Define project/program management vision and strategic direction for a major technology-business segment • Create strategies to establish business in new markets or current accounts • Oversee program offerings, project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, resources, and major project roles • Monitor programs/projects from initiation through delivery and improve or redefine processes • Achieve financial and performance objectives; monitor financial indicators and budget variances • Oversee legal, contractual, customer, global, and country-specific compliance processes • Lead major proposal efforts and negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors • Develop relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and technology partners • Partner with Engineering to strengthen the Pharmacy platform using cloud-native architecture, AI/ML, FHIR, and HL7 • Develop client feedback mechanisms and incorporate feedback into future programs • Drive organization-wide integration of consistent project management methodologies and terminology • Direct personnel activity, staffing, retention, compliance, and resource allocation • Manage budgets, expenditures, funding, coordination, and cost savings

🎯 Requirements

• Fifteen or more years in a supervisory or management capacity • Experience working with product and services delivery in a global environment • Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity • Experience working with management implications of financial data and contracts/service agreements • Working knowledge of modern, cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred) • Knowledge of modern software architecture principles • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability frameworks/standards, including FHIR and HL7 • Experience with large-scale cloud migrations for legacy PBM systems • Five or more years of experience with Medicaid and MCO processes • Five or more years in PBM implementation
