📋 Description

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap • Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities aligned to strategic objectives and ROI • Create and manage an enterprise portfolio of AI initiatives • Advise executive leadership on AI investments, priorities and expected business outcomes • Lead cross-functional AI and automation transformation programs • Partner with business leaders to redesign processes and operating models • Drive measurable value realization from AI investments • Establish accountability and governance across complex stakeholder groups • Develop and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks • Define KPIs, value realization metrics and executive dashboards • Ensure responsible, secure and compliant AI deployment • Provide transparency into risks, outcomes and investment performance • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms and vendor solutions • Partner with IT, Product, Data Science and PMO teams on implementation and scaling • Monitor market, research and martech innovations relevant to business strategy • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership • Translate complex AI concepts into business-focused recommendations • Build business cases and prioritize enterprise opportunities • Influence across a matrixed organization without direct authority • Partner with HR and Learning & Development to build AI readiness • Lead adoption and change management strategies • Promote AI literacy and responsible innovation • Champion an AI-enabled, data-driven culture • Deliver business value from AI investments, productivity and efficiency improvements, revenue growth, customer experience enhancements, AI adoption, governance and compliance controls, enterprise AI maturity and workforce readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership experience in transformation, strategy, technology, operations, analytics or consulting • Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation programs • Experience with AI, GenAI, automation, advanced analytics or digital transformation • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and financial acumen • Bachelor’s degree required • MBA or advanced degree preferred
