• Develop and execute investment strategies preparing school-based educators to adopt, implement, and use HQIM and AI-enabled tools • Design and manage grants and partnerships with professional networks and associations serving educators • Lead grantmaking and performance-based investments that increase educator capacity to evaluate AI tools, implement HQIM, and use AI responsibly • Cultivate relationships with districts, teacher and principal networks, and unions to inform policy and decision-making • Provide internal technical guidance on educator readiness, instructional supports, professional learning design, and evidence translation • Represent the foundation externally as a thought leader on responsible AI adoption for K-12 educators • Synthesize field intelligence and investment learnings to identify educator needs and course-correct investments • Build coherence across professional learning, tool-selection guidance, and policy supports • Collaborate with Product R&D, Implementation R&D, and Measurement, Learning & Evaluation sub-teams • Build co-investment structures, feedback loops, and joint reporting mechanisms with strategic partners • Support inclusive culture and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Advanced degree or equivalent demonstrated experience • Mastery-level knowledge of schools, schooling, and instruction • Deep understanding of how teachers, principals, and school-based staff select and use instructional materials and AI-enabled tools • Significant experience designing and leading complex, cross-sector collaborations • Significant experience managing grant or performance-based investment portfolios toward measurable educator-capacity outcomes • Significant experience with subject-matter associations, unions, and teacher-support organizations • Experience across the education research-to-practice continuum, including evidence standards and professional learning design • Demonstrated experience with HQIM and AI in K-12 education • Significant experience building and sustaining relationships with senior education leaders and diverse external stakeholders • Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where the position is located • Must successfully complete a background check • Relocation will not be provided • International remote outside of the US is not possible
