📋 Description

• Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom • Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes • Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes • Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University • Teach the Faith-Inspired Leadership in Property Management course for Grand Canyon University’s online campus

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred: PhD/DBA Management or Doctorate in a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years corporate or residential property management experience • Preferred: certifications such as Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), CPM-IREM, or comparable professional, property management industry as relevant qualifications • Minimum: Masters in business administration (MBA) with a minimum of 3 years commercial or residential property management experience • Support the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University • Attach unofficial transcripts for any applicable conferred graduate degrees • Attach any applicable licenses/certifications
