📋 Description

• Lead daily technical operations for production systems, ensuring stability, security, and high performance across environments • Manage incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions • Oversee patching, configuration updates, and maintenance across application, data, and integration layers • Drive monitoring, automation opportunities, and performance improvements • Guide the technical stability, maintenance, and enhancement of production systems • Ensure cloud-native, secure, and scalable operations across an enterprise platform • Coordinate development and O&M teams to sustain production stability • Travel occasionally as required

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field; equivalent experience accepted for highly qualified candidates • 10+ years supporting enterprise software systems, including operations, maintenance, and production support • Extensive experience leading troubleshooting, defect resolution, and incident management activities • Strong background maintaining cloud-native applications, integrations, and multi-environment pipelines • Experience coordinating development and O&M teams to sustain production stability • Expertise in application monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks for cloud-native systems • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps tooling • Ability to troubleshoot across application, data, network, and integration layers • Familiarity with security patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance maintenance • Ability to pass a security background check • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills • US Citizenship is not required
