📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform • Support process automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Build and customize Power Apps interfaces based on business requirements • Design and automate Power Automate workflows, including approvals, integrations, and scheduled or event-driven processes • Create Power BI reports and dashboards that turn operational data into stakeholder insights • Integrate external systems such as SharePoint and third-party APIs using connectors and custom connectors • Gather requirements and collaborate with business users, architects, and IT teams • Translate business needs into design documentation and maintainable solutions • Consult with executives, senior leadership, and internal and external customers • Present complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent years of experience • 3+ years of relevant experience • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with Microsoft Power Platform • Experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse • Hands-on development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and SharePoint Online • Ability to write and deploy custom components using JavaScript, C#, Power Platform Plugins, PCF controls, and custom APIs • Experience consulting and supporting executives and senior leadership • Expert-level dashboard design and data visualization experience with Tableau and Power BI • Experience with SQL • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and assignments • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills • Skill implementing advanced statistical techniques and concepts • Familiarity with machine learning languages • Experience with React, Node.js, or another JavaScript framework is a plus • Tableau and/or Power BI certifications preferred • AWS and Azure certifications are a plus • Knowledge of ITIL framework • Knowledge of Agile methodology • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools • Python experience is a plus • Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization portfolio preferred • Experience consulting with internal and external customers • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and big data tools • Less than 10% travel required
