📋 Description

• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and program planning meetings • Establish and document customer journey mapping strategies for the CMM Program • Own and implement backlog decomposition strategy across the product backlog • Align with customers while controlling scope • Provide backlog transparency through current metrics and automated dashboards • Define and enforce Definition of Done and Definition of Ready • Maintain at least four sprints of prioritized, sprint-ready backlog items for each development team • Participate in PI planning and clarify deliverables, dependencies, milestones, timelines, and task sequencing • Collaborate with federal BAs and Product Owners to resolve impediments and clarify customer requirements • Conduct retrospectives and Communities of Practice meetings with BAs • Improve end-to-end processes, product quality, requirements alignment, and customer satisfaction • Identify and manage risks, communicate mitigation plans, and follow up on issues through resolution • Collaborate with Architects, Testers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on deliverable alignment • Maintain process maps in Microsoft Visio, including two-level subprocess flows • Develop narratives detailing activities and business and technical data flows • Participate in process-flow mapping and analysis sessions with the CMM Backlog team and court staff • Analyze stakeholder input for standardization versus variations among court types and local rules • Validate completed work items against requirements and Definition of Done • Support manual and automation testers in designing test cases and test steps • Maintain accessible hierarchical process flows and narratives for end-user drill-down • Support modernization of cloud-based case management software for U.S. federal courts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience; 5 to 7+ years supporting the product owner and agile team • Experience supporting multiple teams and meeting overall objectives • Experience analyzing, decomposing, and documenting detailed requirements • Experience developing technical user stories with Definition of Done and acceptance criteria • Experience assisting with product scope, vision, and roadmap • Experience with system analysis and subject matter expertise on issues and bugs • Experience with business process analysis, workflow analysis, and business process re-engineering • Experience designing cloud-based IT solutions integrating with active legacy applications • Experience supporting greenfield application development projects • Experience supporting tech stacks including React and NodeJS preferred • Experience supporting COTS solutions such as Camunda, Flowable, MS Bookings, and SharePoint Embedded is a plus • Experience with gap analyses, workflow analysis, Analysis of Alternatives studies, business process modeling, wireframes, and storyboards • Technical background working with Solutions Architects and senior development team members • Hands-on experience with progressive elaboration of technical epics and stories • Experience supporting resilient, zero-downtime web applications • Experience with microservice architecture and event-driven patterns • Experience designing complex state-managed and workflow systems • Experience designing rule-based, component-driven UI functionality • Experience designing complex external-facing systems with proper authentication • Strong understanding of current UI frameworks and libraries • FedRAMP experience good to have • Must be able to provide on-call support and/or follow a flexible work schedule as needed • BS/BA degree or MA/MS degree • Experience assisting with testing, acceptance criteria, and test-case results • Experience sizing user stories and removing roadblocks before sprints • Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • No US citizenship required • No security clearance required
