📋 Description

• Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards that provide meaningful insights using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms • Collaborating with data analysts, data scientists as well as managers to collect requirements, understand needs, and convert into visualizations • Converting raw data into compelling dashboards that enable efficient decision making • Maintaining and updating existing dashboards as needed, and train on how best to interact with them • Performing quality checks on visualizations for data accuracy • Presenting monthly visualizations at large meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science (or related field of study) and 3-5 years of related experience • Must have experience and working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid • Must have experience with Databricks and Snowflake • Experience with Tableau and PowerBI • Familiarity with SQL, understanding of data modeling, and experience working with large datasets • Ability to create data visualizations to present complex analyses and to illustrate trends • Familiarity with R or Python for data science • Knowledge of best practices for dashboard design, including accessibility and usability standards • Ability to obtain a Public trust and must have lived in the US for 3 of the past 5 years
