📋 Description

• Establish and maintain regular, consistent contact with all HFPP Partners • Ensure assigned Partners are aware of and use HFPP membership benefits • Capture Partner feedback and communicate it to TTP and HFPP leadership • Engage Partners in conversations about HFPP analytics • Assist with day-to-day partner onboarding activities • Assist partners completing data-sharing agreements • Assist with onboarding data to the TTP Data Warehouse • Support HFPP and non-HFPP events • Support CMS Trusted Third Party activities

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in a health care field, business administration, criminal justice, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or customer liaison • 5+ years of experience in healthcare investigations • Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to present to management-level staff • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules • Strong decision-making and organizational skills • Commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism • Ability to independently follow through on problems • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance • Ability to build effective relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to achieve goals in team and independent environments • No US citizenship requirement • No clearance required
