📋 Description

• Provide thought leadership and partner with functional teams and impacted users to assess change impacts, identify target audiences, and develop engagement activities and communication materials supporting successful adoption • Lead large-scale change management activities using a structured approach and defined tools • Partner with project teams and people leaders to understand stakeholder impacts, timelines, and change needs • Conduct business impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness and change risks • Develop and support change enablement activities to build team member awareness, knowledge, and adoption • Support communication and training efforts in partnership with communications and project training teams • Measure change readiness and adoption through surveys, training data, and feedback to ensure successful implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 3–5 years of experience in change management • 2+ years of experience leading organizational change initiatives using change management principles, methodologies, and tools • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect and translate complex ideas and data into action • Must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia • Relocation assistance not available for this role
